Abstract

Intelligent automation (IA) is transforming supply chain management by integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), robotics, and the Internet of Things (IoT). This paper explores how IA optimizes supply chain processes, enhances operational efficiency, and drives strategic decision-making.
